Throughout December, Gwynedd’s Leadership Development Committee (LDC) worked tirelessly on creating proposals for a project titled “Leadership Through Inclusivity." This project gave the girls an opportunity to pitch a leadership project based on a topic of interest for their group such as social media, athletics, STEM, music, service, etc.

Participants in Lead4Change not only get to create and lead a project aligned with their passions but also contribute to sparking positive change in our community. Last year, three groups were awarded a $1,000 grant each to support their initiatives and expand their impact this year.

Gwynedd’s annual coat drive is a result of senior Ava Kolp’s hard work and is inspired by her “Gwynedd Gives Warmth” Lead4Change project. She created this project to benefit members of the community while incorporating the Critical Concern of Earth.
